Cancellation Policy

At Click One Photography LLC, we strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, please note the following policies regarding rescheduling, cancellations, and late arrivals: Rescheduling: Rescheduling appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled time is not allowed. Clients will need to cancel the appointment instead. Cancellations: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will not result in the loss of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Late Arrivals: If a client arrives late to the appointment, the missed time cannot be added to the end of the session. The session time is fixed unless: An additional fee is paid to extend the session. There are no other sessions scheduled immediately after. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies to ensure we can provide timely and high-quality service to all our clients.
